Meet heather haase

 Heather Haase, affectionately known as "Sunshine," is a dynamic speaker and REALTOR® with over 8 years of experience in real estate and 5 years lighting up national stages. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, military families, and fostering agent-to-agent referrals, while her passion for education and innovation keeps her at the forefront of the industry.


A self-proclaimed conference and learning enthusiast, Heather travels the country inspiring others with engaging talks on mindset, social media, networking, and event strategies. Her unique ability to blend fun with actionable insights leaves audiences motivated and empowered.


Heather also proudly serves her real estate community through roles with Dayton REALTORS®, Ohio REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. At home, she’s a mom to her amazing teenage daughter Charlie, a karaoke queen, and a devoted explorer of local hidden gems.
