Wally has been repeatedly accused of being a hard working, creative entrepreneur over his 20+ years of working professionally. After being employed for just a few years he ventured into the world of self-employment in 2005 and never looked back.
He grew an in-home personal training business into one of the most influential books of clientele in the five-state region. Consistently training 1,000+ hours per year, his clients included Fortune 500 CEOs, business owners, financial investors, and philanthropic influencers…movers and shakers locally, nationally and globally.
In 2007 Wally added real estate investment and property management to his portfolio. Over the past 18+ years he has managed properties, 17 units maintaining a stellar occupancy rate of 99.8%.
Amidst the other companies, he co-founded a tech start-up in 2011, growing and running operations for a team of five employees and seven interns. As a leader, equity fundraiser, coach and manager of a 30,000+ subscriber database, earning, what he calls, his “Street Smarts MBA”.
Every step of Wally’s professional career he’s been a motivated, and creative self-starter across multiple industries where customer experience, service and follow-through are vital to success. His ability to learn, grow, balance and excel in several verticals simultaneously, makes him perfectly equipped to handle the diverse challenges presented in every real estate transaction.
